Caring for companion animals is our primary concern at Holistic Care for Animals.  We also understand how important it is for you to know how much treatment will cost and when payment is due.  Our experience has show us that by addressing these questions early in the process clients can more easily plan within these parameters.

Fees include:

• Office visits
• Lab and diagnostic work
• Evaluation of health history records
• Consulting with your conventional and/or referring veterinarian
• Phone consultations
• Case analysis time to develop a treatment plan, prescribe the remedy and monitor animal's progress
• Follow-up consultations
• Case review study time
• Prescriptions 

Case time is charged in 5 minute increments. Initial exams usually take 1 hour, follow ups 5-30 minutes

We encourage you to ask any questions you may have regarding charges for the specific treatment of the animal under your care.

All charges and fees are due at time services are rendered.  We accept cash, check, Visa and Master Card.
